- Queen of Heaven, rejoice, alleluia.
- For He whom you did merit to bear, alleluia.
- Has risen, as He said, alleluia.

- V. Rejoice and be glad, O Virgin Mary, alleluia.
- R. For the Lord has truly risen, alleluia.
O God, who gave joy to the world

grant we beseech Thee, that through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, His Mother,
we may obtain the joys of everlasting life.
Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

Very beautiful. Is it ever chanted in the english translation?
There are some awkward versions which attempt to fit the English words into the chant music, but they ... don't really work. There are also some hymns which adapt the Regina Coeli to metrical music; these are both in Latin and English (you might find these in a parish hymnal).
